The Diamond Programme is in its fifth month after it was successfully launched on the 15th October 2021. The highlight from this programme this quarter was the leadership bootcamp which was held at the Capital Zimbali Hotel. This was our first in person training session since the programme started. The programme was loaded with various leadership learning activities that were aimed at assisting in the formation of a more cohesive team. The Diamonds were given a research topic to explore and present their findings to the Executive Committee. The research topic was in line with creating a high performance culture.
